Another Milestone. 42 Pounds |
I love to people watch, and when I listed that as my
favorite activity on my college success guide, Sociology was an obvious choice.
I am a senior at Montana State and planning
to graduate in May of 2012 as a Social Scientist. (The only reason why you cannot hear my family clapping
is because all of their fingers are crossed) For my big project I am trying to evaluate
success within a community. If you are a social scientist you may understand
but it is very difficult to define both success and community. In order to
understand success you must compare it to other situations a lot like it.
The good student I am realizes I have so much to learn and
lots more questions to ask. I would like your help determining if my
weigh in this month was successful. I do know that in order to see success from
a Social Science perspective one must be able to measure it. Here are the measurements
we have for September:
Pounds Lost in Sept: 13
Total Lost: 43
Inches Lost: 7.5
Total Inches Lost: 32
Social Scientist or not, is that success?
One Less Day

ReplyDeleteBeing a social scientist myself...HELL YEAH it's a success!!! It's measurable, so yes I would deem it a success. Now, are you defining this as a success within the parameters you have outlined for your "community?" Sorry, sociologist is coming out :)
ReplyDeleteIts is definitely a SUCCESS!!! Anyway you look at it! Keep up the hard work, or am I suppose to say WORK HARDER!!!!! :)
